Sometimes we think that all God requires of us is that we pray for this world. Prayer is good, but God has chosen "The foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."(1 Corinthians 1:21) We are asked, "How will they hear without a preacher? "(Romans 10:14) Are you that vessel that has said to God, "Here I am Lord, send me"? (Isaiah 6:8) Are you prepared to come out of the prayer closet and obey the Great Commission?

A. W. Tozer said, "Have you noticed how much praying for revival has been going on of late-and how little revival has resulted? I believe the problem is that we have been trying to substitute praying for obeying, and it simply will not work. To pray for revival while ignoring the plain precept laid down in Scripture is to waste a lot of words and get nothing for our trouble. Prayer will become effective when we stop using it as a substitute for obedience." There goes another minute. Gone forever. Go share your faith while you still have time.
